Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You may cancel your order free of charge within 7 days of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at contacttplenterprises@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns

At TPL Enterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality recycled paper cat litter that meet your feline’s needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • The product is in resalable condition, free from any signs of damage.
  • Include the original order invoice or proof of purchase with your return shipment.

Please note that due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused packages for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on our recycled paper cat litter. If you wish to try a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. TPL Enterprises is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
